CANCELLATION POLICY:
All appointments are non-refundable.
Appointments can be rescheduled by you up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time by emailing me at diamondmindreiki@gmail.com.
If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full service fee. If you are late to your session, the time late will be deducted from the time of your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late for our scheduled time together without contacting me to let me know you are running late, your appointment is considered a no-show and your session will be cancelled and charged the full service fee.
